I like to commend Anton from TK Contractors for his great service. He took over the job from his colleague who has left, half way the project. Therefore I believe there were some challenges for him since he was not there from the very beginning. However, Anton was prompt in his responses and he tried his very best to address any issue that cropped up. Appreciate greatly your effort, Anton Also, I am very happy with the design and quality of the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets done by TK Contractors.

Came across TK Contractors website by chance. I asked for quotation online and Sng immediately responded although it was only for a simple renovation for a 2-room BTO. It was easy to work with Awlad, the project manager, and his team. They are very accommodating with simple request. Happy to recommend their services.

We engaged TK Contractor for our office renovation project and found the experience to be generally satisfactory. The team was patient, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile by accommodating to our last minute request, helping with additional tasks such as permit applications and liaising with third parties. Although there were some challenges along the way, we truly appreciate their effort and dedication in seeing the project through to completion. 👍👍

Ms. Khine has provided outstanding service from the very beginning. Her quick responses and readiness to address all my inquiries were truly impressive. The carpenters and electrician worked efficiently, and their craftsmanship was excellent. Despite it being Chinese New Year, they successfully completed the built-in wardrobe.

TK Contractors did a good job to design and install custom vanity cabinets for my 3 toilets. The project was a bit complicated as we need to coordinate with the HIP people for sink installation and plumbing works. However, the coordinator Ms. Khine was very helpful and patient throughout the process and the TK team came down several times for site survey and measurement before the actual installation. I really appreciate the help and timely response offered by her. We really like the cabinets. Thank you very much!

Loving TK Contractors. Mr Sng and his team are very efficient and reliable. My renovation only takes 2 weeks to complete. And best part is that I last minute requested to change 4 aircons. They ordered, purchased and installed within 2 days!! Power!! Electrical works, they also completed in 2 days. And I last minute requested to change a door and because they have their in house team to do it, they do for me within few days. Mr Sng was also very honest and helpful. From enquiry to quote to deploying his team to handle my tuition centre renovation, it was smooth and pleasant. Very thankful to have found his company and engaged them. Definitely will look for them for any renovation work. Very reliable, fast and responsive. I really enjoyed the whole process. 🤝🤝🙏 Thank you very much 🥰

Shakil and his team helped me lay new tiles. They were extremely responsible and flexible. We had wet weather in November which made it difficult to work but they adjusted their schedule to take advantage of dry days. They angled the tiles to ensure quick water flow. Mosaic contractors can sometimes be tough to deal with; not these guys who were solid and had no airs.

Thank you Alwad and TK contractors for doing up our wardrobe and the paint job nicely. After I decided on the colors and design, they helped to execute and complete the assignment swiftly, although there was a minor mismatch overall very happy with the outcome (very well built, sturdy wardrobe). Definitely recommend them.

Thank you Shakil and Team for the great work at my new place. Our place was done up pretty well by the previous ID, and we needed some renovation to tear down a room and a built in sofa. We did light installation too (lights were purchased by ourselves) and they installed them very well and neatly. There were a few hiccups along the way with the electrical works but Shakil and Team did not hesitate and fix them flawlessly. They even did some paint work to cover those patches on the wall/ceiling that they have to cut open. Which was all done very well. I had a few other contractors to complete other works, and Shakil even advised me what works should be done first to last. I feel safe in that my house is in good professional hands, and if they find any problem in the house, they wouldn’t just cover up and walk away from the issue. Overall the experience was very good and I would definitely recommend them!!

I engaged them to do renovation for my retail shop such as partition wall, false ceiling, curtain tracks installation, electrical works, and lightings. Partition wall result is good and neat! They suggested me to use dimmable light as i didn't use ID and can't decide on the lighting position etc, which i really like and appreciate!! GOOD JOB!! 👍🏻 They are very helpful and very responsive too! Thank you very much to TK, Awlad, and team!! Highly recommended! 😊

They were very flexible and patient with the unexpected problems that cropped up as I was renovating my room, which was very much appreciated. The carpenter built everything that I asked for and would even suggest better options when something wasn't possible. The electrician did a great job with the wiring and would also give ideas on where he could put certain switches at as I did not want to drill the wall. Shakil and his team respond promptly to any messages sent to them.

Jay, Awlad and the entire team did a wonderful job in renovating my new apartment. The entire process was made easier as they always sent me updates rectify minor defects and answer my queries quickly. Kudos to the craftsmanship by Awlad and his team. It was very professional and perfectly executed. He even accomdated to erratic delivery schedule which allay much of the anxiety I had during this renovation. . Coordinating this project with Jay was also extremely pleasent as he was accommodating and responded quickly to any specific modification. He even came to my parents place for the first consultation and got me an item I requested within the budget I gave. This is surely a trustworthy team a I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Engaged TK Contractors to renovate our 4-room flat. The works include hacking, tiling, carpentry, and electrical works. Even though the notice was quite short, they were able to deliver within the timeline we provided. We worked with Awlad and his team; the team possess good knowledge and are well-trained to handle the end-to-end process of the home renovation. The team always places your safety first, so you can be assured when engaging them. Even though there were some hiccups along the way, the team did their best to rectify the situation and would always provide the necessary communication. Whenever we point out any issues or defects, Awlad would almost always come down the next working day with his team to fix the issue. TK Contractors provides project supervision and would do the planning, so there is no need for yourself to do any management. I would engage TK Contactors again and would strongly recommend their service.

We engaged TK contractors to renovate our home with a focus on the kitchen and living room. We received good service by the team who accommodated a lot of our requests. When certain things did not go as planned, they did their best to rectify the situation. I have heard of other contractors who just disappear halfway after messing up. The TK contractors team is reliable and professional from start to end. We are happy with the work they have done for us. Their pricing is also very reasonable. The timeline could have been faster but we understand that they have many ongoing projects and it is common to have delays in the renovation process. Special shout out to Shakil who was very communicative and attentive to us! He even skipped lunch multiple times on site to make sure that things went smoothly.

We were looking for a contractor to complete overhaul our 20 year old 5 room HDB and we were working on a very tight timeline. 1 month to be exact. We were so blessed to have met rafiq and tk contractors! Rafiq was responsive and reliable and he promised us that our flat will be completed in 4 weeks! Initially I was abit skeptical as most ID company told us that it will take minimum 3 months to complete. Rafiq explained and reassured us that every job from demolition, masonry, carpentry, electrical was all in house workers hence no delays! Workmanship is fairly decent and I have no complaints given my own fussy nature. Timeline was well executed and although some unforseen delays house was 95% done on the 4th week mark. Which we Could still move in and minor works along the way. It's now 5 weeks and my renovation is 99.8% complete. A record timing in any sense and with a very reasonable price as well. Thank you rafiq and TK contractors

We had engaged this company to do extensive renovations to my 5-Rm HDB flat. The team consisting of tilers, electricians, painters, carpenters, plumber, etc, coordinated well as a team. The quality of workmanship and professionalism were very good. I would like to specially mention the tiler, Mr. Abu, who was outstanding in his craft. He was constantly consulting with me to ensure the tiles were laid in the manner that I wanted them to be. At times, he had even went the extra mile to accomodate my request to remove and replace some tiles when I had changed my mind. I would definitely engage TK Contactors again and recommend them to anybody who requires such work to be done. Ross Harris Pasir Ris

Used them for my first commercial space. Honest company to work with which only suggest things that are suitable and necessary rather than many others who suggesting unnecessary things to a quick buck that are not in your best interests. Fair and transparent prices. Earnest and hardworking workers (electrical, Plumbing and carpentry) that ensure the job is done fast and well. Highly recommended.
