Thank you Shakil and Team for the great work at my new place. Our place was done up pretty well by the previous ID, and we needed some renovation to tear down a room and a built in sofa. We did light installation too (lights were purchased by ourselves) and they installed them very well and neatly.There were a few hiccups along the way with the electrical works but Shakil and Team did not... hesitate and fix them flawlessly. They even did some paint work to cover those patches on the wall/ceiling that they have to cut open. Which was all done very well.I had a few other contractors to complete other works, and Shakil even advised me what works should be done first to last.I feel safe in that my house is in good professional hands, and if they find any problem in the house, they wouldn’t just cover up and walk away from the issue. Overall the experience was very good and I would definitely recommend them!!read more

I engaged them to do renovation for my retail shop such as partition wall, false ceiling, curtain tracks installation, electrical works, and lightings.Partition wall result is good and neat! They suggested me to use dimmable light as i didn't use ID and can't decide on the lighting position etc, which i really like and appreciate!! Thank you Shakil and team for completing painting of my kids bedroom including feature walls and master bedroom within 2 days. They were super efficient and responsive. Pure dedication and quick response to confirm paint and design works. They were willing to do additional installation of shelves at the last minute too. I will definitely recommend their services !

They were very flexible and patient with the unexpected problems that cropped up as I was renovating my room, which was very much appreciated. The carpenter built everything that I asked for and would even suggest better options when something wasn't possible. The electrician did a great job with the wiring and would also give ideas on where he could put certain switches at as I did not want to... drill the wall. Shakil and his team respond promptly to any messages sent to them.read more

Jay, Awlad and the entire team did a wonderful job in renovating my new apartment. The entire process was made easier as they always sent me updates rectify minor defects and answer my queries quickly.Kudos to the craftsmanship by Awlad and his team. Engaged TK Contractors to renovate our 4-room flat. The works include hacking, tiling, carpentry, and electrical works. Even though the notice was quite short, they were able to deliver within the timeline we provided.We worked with Awlad and his team; the team possess good knowledge and are well-trained to handle the end-to-end process of the home renovation. The team always places your safety... first, so you can be assured when engaging them.Even though there were some hiccups along the way, the team did their best to rectify the situation and would always provide the necessary communication. Whenever we point out any issues or defects, Awlad would almost always come down the next working day with his team to fix the issue.TK Contractors provides project supervision and would do the planning, so there is no need for yourself to do any management. Sng and Awlad from TK are very helpful and responsive. The team completed renovation works on time within 2 months. Very satisfied with the good quality of works and meeting expectation. Although there is a rework for kitchen cabinet due to miscommunication of cabinet height but it was resolved quickly and reasonably. Would recommend to others.

We engaged TK contractors to renovate our home with a focus on the kitchen and living room. We received good service by the team who accommodated a lot of our requests. When certain things did not go as planned, they did their best to rectify the situation. I have heard of other contractors who just disappear halfway after messing up. The TK contractors team is reliable and professional from... start to end. We are happy with the work they have done for us. Their pricing is also very reasonable. The timeline could have been faster but we understand that they have many ongoing projects and it is common to have delays in the renovation process.Special shout out to Shakil who was very communicative and attentive to us! He even skipped lunch multiple times on site to make sure that things went smoothly.read more

We were looking for a contractor to complete overhaul our 20 year old 5 room HDB and we were working on a very tight timeline. 1 month to be exact.We were so blessed to have met rafiq and tk contractors! Rafiq was responsive and reliable and he promised us that our flat will be completed in 4 weeks!Initially I was abit skeptical as most ID company told us that it will take minimum 3 months to... complete.Rafiq explained and reassured us that every job from demolition, masonry, carpentry, electrical was all in house workers hence no delays!Workmanship is fairly decent and I have no complaints given my own fussy nature.Timeline was well executed and although some unforseen delays house was 95% done on the 4th week mark. Which we Could still move in and minor works along the way.It's now 5 weeks and my renovation is 99.8% complete. We had engaged this company to do extensive renovations to my 5-Rm HDB flat. The team consisting of tilers, electricians, painters, carpenters, plumber, etc, coordinated well as a team. The quality of workmanship and professionalism were very good. I would like to specially mention the tiler, Mr. Abu, who was outstanding in his craft. He was constantly consulting with me to ensure the tiles were... laid in the manner that I wanted them to be. At times, he had even went the extra mile to accomodate my request to remove and replace some tiles when I had changed my mind. Used them for my first commercial space. Honest company to work with which only suggest things that are suitable and necessary rather than many others who suggesting unnecessary things to a quick buck that are not in your best interests. Fair and transparent prices. Earnest and hardworking workers (electrical, Plumbing and carpentry) that ensure the job is done fast and well.Highly recommended.
